This custom Supreme Ultrasonic leg pad is a pro return from Northern Michigan University
goalie John Hawthorne. This is a leg pad tailored specifically for John Hawthorne, with his specific specs and preferences.

The pads have a Stiff (4) thigh flex and feature a 100 degree boot flex with a soft flex rating, similar to the Vapor series. The knee block comes from the Ultrasonic and features a pro bump. The knee wing is adjustable. 

For the strapping, this custom gear includes no boot straps and skate lace toe ties. Over the calf, the pads’ calf wrap features stock calf wrapping. John Hawthorne opted for an elastic calf wing and plate for the pads.
