The Vapor X Shift Pro Youth hockey skate has been specifically designed for Source for Sports and delivers tremendous value in an elite level youth skate. X Shift Pro features a ton of exclusive upgrades such as Comfort Edge Padding around the top of the quarter package, and a Lock Fit liner.

Skate Fit Profile
Vapor continues to be the best option for skaters with a low fit profile. While not as tight across the forefoot as previous generation Vapors, the fit is definitely snugger than Supreme or Nexus.

Boot Construction/Stiffness/Level of Play
Designed for the pro inspired player, the X Shift Pro skate features Bauer’s 3D-lasted Fiber Composite material. This material is lightweight, thermal-forming, and gives plenty of heel support.

Comfort Edge Padding offers comfort and helps reduce bite from the top of the boot when performing aggressive turns.

Liner/Internal Padding
The X Shift Pro skate features an upgraded Lock-Fit liner that also has additional upgraded wear patches. Along with lightweight memory foam this gives slipper-like comfort and translates into reduced break-in time.

Tongue
The X Shift Pro Youth features a 30-ounce felt tongue with an HD foam metatarsal guard. This tongue offers plenty of comfort, flex, and protection during every skate stride.
