CCM Tacks 6052 Senior Hockey Pants

The CCM Tacks 6052 hockey pants are the perfect fit for any player looking to up their game to the next level. Engineered for the revival of the Tacks line in 2015, the pants come with a variety of protective capabilities, including lightweight nylon abrasion panels, PE hip pads, and an HD foam floating spine protector.

External Materials
The outside portion of the pants is fabricated with nylon abrasion panels built to withstand cuts and scratches while battling in close quarters. Nylon is a common choice for its cut resistance and overall durability, in addition to its light weight.

Thigh Protection
The thighs are protected by PE plastic inserts, which help disperse and bounce impact away from that area. This kind of plastic is tough and lightweight, making the pants feel very natural to play in.

Hip Protection
The pants are equipped with PE plastic hip pads as well, which are raised from the hips for better cushioning.

Spine Protection
CCM added a heightened HD foam floating spine protector in the back to protect that delicate area and the tailbone from severe injury. The floating aspect of the spine protector allows it to move with you as you play, maximizing coverage at tall angles and at all times.

Kidney Protection
Raised kidney guards with PE plastic inserts have been molded to float above and around the hip area. The padding over the plastic in the liner is soft to provide good cushioning and protection.

Belt/Lace Closure
The pants use both laces and an internal adjustment belt system in the strappings. The use of both allows for a better and more comfortable fit, whether your ideal is a bit tighter or relatively looser. Both the laces and adjustment system have good abrasion resistance.

Leg Zippers
The Tacks 6052 are equipped with a hidden zipper under the belt system, which you can unzip as required for some extra pant length.
